Currently, we are recruiting for Assistant Operations Supervisor (General Park Focus)

The Assistant Operations Supervisor (General Park Focus)supports the day to day management of the Operations Department. This position will be the first contact for our Operations front-line team members in handling both team member and guest inquiries. The Assistant Operations Supervisor (General Park Focus) works closely with the Leadership Team in planning daily venue coverage and assist where there is a deficiency. Through their leadership and motivation, they will promote the principles, core values and vision of CSBP. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support for Operations front-line team members
  • First person of contact for any Park-related concerns and delegate solutions accordingly
  • Respond in a calm and efficient manner to assist with guest concerns and questions, elevates concerns to ensure solutions are found and implemented for future
  • Participate in the set up and take down of the Front Plaza area
  • Ensure effective queuing for guest services and shuttle areas
  • Assist Supervisors with training of new team members
  • Perform other duties as requested by Operation Supervisors and Managers

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 
  • Minimum one (1) year of Guest Services experience
  • Experience in a leadership or supervisory role an asset
  • Proven ability to handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • First Aid Level 2 or 3 an asset
  • Second Language is an asset

Working Conditions:

  • Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
  • While performing the duties of this position, required to be on your feet for extended periods of time
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs
  • Occasionally required to lift and climb a step ladder or step stool
  • While performing the duties of this position, required to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, rain and winter conditions
