Job Description:

We Seek a Guest Service Agent

About Us...

We are in the process of making our Resort a destination unto itself for food, celebrations, relaxation and business. We believe in hospitality feeling natural to offer and look forward to being of service in this way.

Our Resort is a ‘learning organization.’ This means that it is our pleasure and purpose to enrich the lives of those we serve whether they be our guests or our colleagues. We teach and learn at all times.

We are proud of what we produce and offer.

About The Role...

In support and in conjunction with the Front Desk Manager, this position sets and maintains the “five star” standard in every interaction. This position is known as a “book end” role, meaning that the individual in this role begins and ends all guest experiences at the resort. When prospective guests contact the resort this role is “the architect of experience” - using their ability to read needs + desires that are both implicitly and explicitly communicated.

This role greets and orients guests with impeccable social grace and, upon conclusion of a visit, demonstrates a keen willingness to listen to guests in an empathetic manner to make sense of things when they didn’t go as expected. The individual in this role understands that they are offering the gift of a genuine presence + emotional as well as intelligent problem solving.

What We Offer...

  • Competitive remuneration package (calculated at an hourly rate);
  • An independent + collaborative work environment;
  • Extended health plan;
  • Resort discounts;
  • A place to learn, develop and grow as a person + professionally;
  • Opportunities for advancement;
  • Somewhere you actually want to come to work.

You need to apply for this position if you are someone who knows that connection and meticulousness are what make you a success. You enjoy acting as a host + resource + advisor to people seeking out your expertise on how to make magical memories to take home that last a lifetime.
