Summary of Position:
To represent Inn at Laurel Point in all guest interactions as an “Elegant, Pacific Rim Inspired waterfront inn where memories are created.” The Steward is the key individual that ensures that all kitchen equipment and dishware is cleaned properly, that FoodSafe practices are upheld and assists with any additional prep work that is needed.
Reports To: Executive Chef/Chef Tournant/Restaurant Chef/Banquet Chef/1st Cooks
