Fly & Sea Dive Adventures is currently seeking a candidate to fill the position of Travel Consultant.  Fly & Sea Dive Adventures specializes in scuba diving vacations worldwide.  We are one of the few companies in our unique field of soft adventure travel.

The role of Travel Consultant includes the following responsibilities:

• To respond to client inquiries and provide knowledgeable information about our trips
• Sales of dive travel packages & related products, including air tickets, liveaboards, land based accommodation with day diving, travel insurance, etc.
• Sales of add-on soft adventure travel products
• Developing & maintaining client relationships
• Keeping your travel education up to date & current on airline contracts, our preferred suppliers & the latest in the travel industry

Upon completion of a training period this position will provide the opportunity to work remotely a few days each week.

• Minimum 1-2 years of travel agency/wholesaler/consolidator sales experience, preferably related to the adventure travel market
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal)
• Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of airline bookings, preferably using Galileo as you will be issuing tickets
• Travel experience 
• Passion for travel & nature
• Team player
• Ability to multi-task & to work independently
• Attention to detail & exceptional organizational skills
• Friendly & positive attitude with a good sense of humour
• Highly motivated in all aspects of travel 

• Salary/Wage: Base salary is negotiable plus a generous benefits plan
