Primary Function: To balance revenues from all outlets and to ensure all guest reservations are handled courteously and efficiently. Two shifts will include hours from 11pm to 7am and two to three shifts will include hours from 3pm to 11pm. This is the weekly schedule. After the two 11pm to 7am shift there are two days off provided before the person moves into the afternoon shifts.
