SALES & MARKETING COORDINATOR, FLYOVER ATTRACTIONS
This is a full-time, year-round role reporting into the Senior Sales Manager, Regional & Affiliate and Senior Marketing Manager, Brand Experience for our FlyOver Attractions. This role is responsible for providing administrative support for both sales and marketing teams, marketing and brand experience support for all FlyOver Attractions, and “boots on the ground” support to help drive FlyOver Canada Vancouver sales.
/ With the direction of the Senior Sales Manager, provide sales calls to affiliates in the greater Vancouver area
/ Work closely with the FlyOver and Pursuit marketing teams to build consumer engagement, drive guest visitation, and grow ancillary revenue streams
/ Provide administrative sales and marketing support across all FlyOver Attractions through effective communication
/ Acts as a support contact in the absence of Sales Managers for FlyOver colleagues and clients
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
/ Create, coordinate, and update sales and marketing presentations, reports and dashboards
/ Organize and coordinate familiarization tours, receptions, site visits, and other events. Participate as required
/ Maintain sales database and excel tracking sheets and record all client information and interaction in Salesforce
/ Support the social media and content marketing teams by collecting content in the form of photo, video, and live video, as well as identify new content opportunities (as directed)
/ Coordinate and fulfil on-site branded guest touchpoints, including but not limited to signage, wayfinding, menus, collateral, in-property advertising …etc.
/ Manage and deliver promotional support for our café’s and souvenir photo programs
/ General marketing administration and other related marketing duties as assigned
/ Assist and help the remaining support team with the goal of creating a cohesive team environment
/ Assist with tasks and requests for all markets, in the absence of other team members as required
/ Responsible for administrative/sales support, contracting or other documentation for the sales team as requested
/ Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned
SKILLS & ABILITY:
/ A degree or diploma, preferably in sales/business/marketing, with a minimum of two years related business experience
/ An independent worker who takes initiative, self-starter, assertive attributes
/ Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to see multiple projects and tasks through to completion on a timely basis
/ Ideally possess tourism related business experience but consumer products experience would be acceptable
/ A very detail-oriented person, who possesses strong administration and organization skills with a team approach on all projects
/ Computer literate, comfortable with Microsoft Office package with a willingness to learn new programs
/ Familiarity with Salesforce an asset
/ Must be able to work some overtime and enjoy working with a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
