Position title: Sous Chef – Iwana Taco

Reports to: Sr. Food & Beverage Manager
Supervises: All outlet staff
Employee status: Full-time, Permanent
Hours per week: 37.5
The Sous Chef is responsible for the day to day operations in the Iwana Taco food outlet, including but not limited to preparing and executing menus according to the AMS recipes. The Sous Chef ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following AMS Health & Safety and general Food Safety guidelines. S/he is a leader by example ensuring that the team members adhere to AMS standards at all times.
