Job Description: 

Since 1992, Fresh Tracks Canada has been a Vancouver-based travel company that creates and sells amazing vacation experiences in Canada. We are fast-growing, offer excellent rewards, and provide a great place to work as well as chances to travel.

We are looking for experienced customer service representatives to assist our sales team in booking vacations with clients from around the world. If you have a desire to ensure accurate details at all times, and the passion to solve client problems, this could be your ideal job. We have sales people to make the sale – the Vacation Coordinator's job is to make sure all the details behind the scenes are accurate – so that our clients return home raving about us and cherishing lifelong memories.

Responsibilities:

  • Booking trip components and processing documentation for specific trips
  • Processing credit card and billing transactions
  • Creating detailed trip itineraries with documentation of trip components
  • Answering incoming emails and calls from customers about their trip
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients to increase repeat and referral business

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

Customer services experience

  • Experience in the travel industry is an asset – ideally related to inbound travel to Canada
  • A high sense of urgency and a passion for getting the details right
  • Ability to talk to clients and solve problems if and when they arise
  • A good head for numbers
  • Good knowledge of Canadian geography
  • Determined and hard-working – yet positive & outgoing, with great people skills
  • A warm and friendly telephone manner that instantly puts clients at ease
  • Passion for travel & desire to make a career in the travel industry
  • Impeccable written and spoken English
Salary: 
To be decided, will be based on experience.
