Industry Health & Safety Specialist

Allison has a passion for engaging in safety discussions and finding creative solutions. She brings 5 years of Health and Safety experience in the Ornamental Nursery and Non-Profit Conservation sectors where she learned to be innovative and adaptable. She has additional experience bringing a safety program up to COR standards and performing internal COR audits. She holds a Certificate in Environmental and Occupational Health from the University of Victoria and is working toward becoming a Certified Registered Safety Professional. Allison is particularly passionate about implementing mental health initiatives and helping solve unique safety challenges.
