Rachel joined go2HR in 2022 with over 10 years of varied experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, where some of her roles have included flight attendant and restaurant manager. She holds a Diploma in Applied Psychology and Counselling, and her diverse skillset focuses on cultivating workplace wellness through effective communication, respectful relationships, and strategic improvement.
More recently, she’s founded a peer support group, launched a podcast, and in her downtime, she can be found exploring the Okanagan backcountry on her dirt bike.
