Destination Ambassador is a fun and interactive half-day classroom course, delivered in partnership with your local visitor centre, chamber of commerce, or regional tourism association.
Note: SuperHost Foundations of Service Quality or equivalent training and experience is recommended before taking Destination Ambassador.
