Job Description

The Office Administrator provides support for general office functions related to reception, office equipment and office supplies, mail, banking and couriers as well as admin support for group agents. You will be responsible for supporting the business through exhibiting Ellison values and completing duties as assigned.

Responsibilities & Qualifications


• Greeting and assisting clients in office.
• Directing incoming calls and clients to the proper agent or planner as needed.
• Maintain and administer all incoming and outgoing mail and couriers – FedEx/Express post.
• Office banking duties.
• Tasks as assigned per the Group Support including but not limited to word processing, scanning, and copying as required; labels with client names for letters envelopes, ticket jackets, etc., prepare tour binders, bag tags & luggage straps for group department; prepare insurance/hotel cards; preparing and uploading insurance name lists; reconfirming groups via phone calls and emails before final travel date and personalize bag tags/name tags and adult packaging for group tours. 
• Office organization and maintenance (garbage/recycling), supplies, etc.
• Basic office equipment maintenance (printer, technical troubleshooting, etc.)
• Data entry, updates, and coding as needed. 
• Ordering office supplies (paper, pens, paper towel, etc.)/Express-Post supplies 
• Health and Safety committee duties 
• Assisting managers and team as needed
• Other duties as assigned.  


• Team-focused with ability to adapt and support change, solve problems creatively, and adjust approach as necessary.
• Passion and experience in travel an asset.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• High level of integrity, sense of accountability, and professionalism.
• Technological proficiency including MS office, and ability to adapt quickly to changing technology.
• Ability to collaborate. 
• Effectively utilize/ troubleshoot company software.
