As GM you will play a pivotal role in the success of the business. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project’s operations, assisting in visioning the operations then ensuring its seamless operation post-launch. Your leadership, strategic vision, and operational expertise will be instrumental in establishing our attraction as a premier destination in Western Canada. REQUIRED
● Senior management experience in a complex business environment in the tourism industry.
● Proven record of success in developing, launching, and operating attractions. Outdoor experiences, entertainment, education programming and extreme sport events.
● Experience in risk management best practices.
● Food and beverage, and retail management experience
● Excellent strategic planning and business acumen, with a focus on achieving financial targets and driving growth.

● Marketing and branding, sales, and event experience
● Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary/Wage

100k +
