Responsibilities & Qualifications

Your Everyday
At Great Canadian Trolley Company, the Guest Experience Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operation and workflow of our daily tours, website bookings, general reservation inquiries and sales ambassadors. The right candidate will ensure efficient office operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-experience standards.

As the Guest Experience Supervisor you will:
Supervise the Daily Operations of our main office in downtown Vancouver.
Coordinate the scheduling of our sales ambassadors.
Be the local expert and main contact person for questions and support on site.
Oversee our social media messages/posts to ensure accuracy.
Deliver exceptional internal and external guest service to ensure our team is set up for success each day.
Liaise with the operations departments on an ongoing basis to ensure seamless workflow between the Guest Experience team and Operations.
Ensure efficient scheduling of sales ambassadors.
Reconcile ticket sales and cash deposits and prepare daily reports.
Maintain the downtown office.
Manage our tour booking/point of sale software.
Answer the phone calls and emails.
Respond to customer questions.
Excellent communicator and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment, keeping a calm and approachable demeanor at all times.
Positive attitude, takes initiative and is a team builder.
Do you have:
Experience working in a Front Desk environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office & Google Suite.
Ability to learn software systems is an asset (ticketing systems, etc).
Strong record-keeping and organizational skills (Cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, POS batch reports).
Experience hiring, training and supervising team members.
Highly Organized and capable of multi-tasking with attention to detail.
Performs professionally and calm under pressure.
Passion, a positive attitude, flexibility and always curious to learn more.
