The Experiences Team at Summerland Waterfront Resort and Spa is essentially the “concierge” of the resort. We are here to accommodate requests of guests and give individuals of all ages various different experiences. From campfires and live music, kid’s club, wine tasting Wednesdays, karaoke nights, game nights, yoga, etc. There is always something going on for our guests from
9:00am to 9:00pm.

This position is well suited for youth- the minimum age requirement is 16- who has experience working with the public. We will provide the detailed training.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

As the Experiences & Kids Club Leader your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Leading and participating in Kid’s club crafts and activities.
● Setting up various events such as; Wine Wednesday, Campfires & Smores, Art Classes,
Live music etc.
● Signing out rental equipment such as bikes, fishing rods, games and sand toys.
● Daily clean up of the Experiences office.
● Creating lasting relationships and engaging with guests.
● Booking campfires for guests.
● Effective time management skills.
