Job Description

As a Meet & Greeter at YVR airport, your job is to welcome our guests to Canada and assist them to find their reserved transportation to their Vancouver Hotel. Flights can come at any time on any day between mid April and early September but Australian flights usually arrive early in the morning, between 6 AM and 8 AM. You must be able to get to YVR for these times even when transit is not operating.

Meet & Greeters at Canada Place (Cruise Ship Terminal) assist our guests when they disembark their Alaska Cruise Ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Shifts are usually in the morning (8 AM to 10 AM) with possible other shifts from 6 PM to 8 PM.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This casual job will be ideal for candidates who are flexible and looking for a few hours of work per week (up to 10-15 in peak season) and can be on call, with shifts being announced about 2 weeks prior to work dates. Ideal for retirees and students.

Must be organized, punctual, reliable and love interacting with people. Experience in customer service a plus.

Salary/Wage

$30/hour
