Night Auditor-Full-time

Position Overview

As a Night Auditor at The George Dawson Inn your responsibilities include reconciling daily financial transactions, verifying guest accounts, and generating accurate reports for management. Attention to detail is needed as you review billing information, process payments, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.

Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of daily financial
statements and contribute to the overall efficiency of our accounting and administrative processes. Your exceptional organizational skills, numerical accuracy, and ability to work independently will play a vital part in maintaining our high standards of service and ensuring that our guests receives the best experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Preferred qualifications and skills:
 Minimum one year experience in Guest Services and Night Audit
 Excellent computer skills, experience using reservations systems an asset
 Highly organized, detail oriented and able to prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent telephone manner
 A team player and , yet able to work independently.
 College or University degree preferred in Hospitality/Customer Service or a minimum of 1 year experience in a guest services role
