This full-time, seasonal role is anticipated to start approximately June 15th, 2024, and end around September 15th, 2024, subject to adjustments based on location and seasonal demands.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Requirements for Prep Cook/Dishwasher:
• Culinary passion and dedication.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Food Safe Level 1.
• WHMIS certification.

Duties of Prep Cook/Dishwasher:

• Assist in the preparation of meals.
• Wash and store dishes efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Clean and sanitize twice daily.
• Manage inventory and storage.
• Assist the Resort Chef and Food and Beverage team as needed.
