– Budget Leadership & Financial Stewardship: Lead the strategic planning, oversight, and optimization of the events budget. Ensure disciplined financial management, ROI-driven decision-making, and reallocation of resources based on performance analytics and evolving organizational priorities.
– Performance Analysis & Executive Reporting: Develop and implement rigorous post-event evaluation frameworks. Deliver data-rich post event updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, providing clear recommendations to inform future initiatives and performance benchmarks.
– Enterprise Communication & Stakeholder Alignment: Champion proactive internal communications to ensure alignment across departments. Lead the coordination of operational readiness for all events, fostering seamless execution across all relevant company functions.
– Partnership Development & Stakeholder Relations: Cultivate high-impact relationships with vendors, sponsors, and strategic partners. Negotiate partnership agreements and sponsorships that amplify event reach, add value to attendees, and contribute to revenue and brand goals.
– Integrated Marketing Collaboration: Serve as the strategic liaison to the Marketing and Communications team. Co-develop integrated campaigns that maximize visibility, drive attendance, and extend the lifecycle of events across digital, social, and traditional channels.
– Signature & Seasonal Events Portfolio Oversight: Provide strategic direction for key events such as Seek the Peak, Multi-Grind, Grouse Grind Mountain Run, Peak of Christmas, Easter, Bearthday Party, and others.
