Responsibilities & Qualifications

Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic cocktails
Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and cashiering tasks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
Engage with customers, providing help and recommendations to enhance their experience.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
Follow all food handling guidelines to ensure the safety of all products served.

Skills
Strong knowledge of barista best practices
Strong knowledge bartending best practices
Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
Experience as both a barista and bartender preferred
Proficiency in using POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
