Job Description
We are looking to fill the position of a full time Night Audit Clerk on a permanent basis. The Bon Voyage Inn is a reputable, busy property with many years of good standing in our community. People who can only work part time or are looking for a summer job need not apply.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Qualifications:
Office or Hotel Front Desk Experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Responsibilities:
Man the front desk during Night Shift (11PM – 7AM)
Complete Night Audit procedures
Do frequent security checks in the parking lot
Perform reservations, check-ins and check outs as needed
Keep Lobby area clean and presentable
Deal with “problems” as they occur (management is always available for backup either in-house or per phone)
