Administratively strong, organized, and pays attention to details (always!).

Responsibilities Include:
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Have a thorough understanding of all our products and services.
Assist guests regarding transportation options in an informative and helpful way via phone, email and chat platform.
Accurately book and enter reservation requests using a leading-edge booking system.
Be an organized, responsible, punctual, and accountable individual with a sense of urgency.
Recognize the importance of adhering to customer service standards.
Liaise with dispatch and other departments as required.
Work well with the team as a whole. This means actively contributing at team meetings, maintaining flexibility in your schedule, and adapting to changes in workflow and environment as the business is ever-changing.
Follow department policies, procedures, and service standards.
Happily assist with other duties and projects as assigned.

Assets:
Geographical knowledge of BC, Canada and the U.S.
Experience in the travel or transportation industry.

Salary/Wage

$21.50

This is a Work-from-Home role that does not require you to live in Whistler: computer setup and software can be provided. Starting at $21.50 per hour with potential for increases depending on performance. Extended health benefits and training allowances available after 3 months for full-time employees.
