Job Description

Overview
Kiwi Collection is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Hotel Programs team for a 12-month maternity leave coverage. This role supports the Hotel Programs department in maintaining strong hotel relationships, executing sales initiatives, and ensuring operational excellence across our luxury hotel programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the Hotel Programs department in managing hotel relationships and program participation.
Assist in onboarding new hotel partners and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce and HubSpot.
Coordinates communication with hotel partners regarding listing and program management and marketing initiatives.
Supports the execution of marketing campaigns and other sales initiatives.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of Hotel Programs initiatives between departments.
Ad hoc duties and projects that support company initiatives.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales coordination, account support, in hospitality operations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, Salesforce and Hubspot experience preferred.
Ability to work independently in a team environment
Experience working with hotels or in the travel industry is an asset
