Bonnet Eatery located at #6957, Giscome Road, Prince George B.C.V2N 6T5, is looking to fill in the position of Food Service Supervisor to work along with our Restaurant Manager
Salary: $21 per hour [for 35 work hours per week)

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Job duties for this position include:

– Managing day to day operations of the restaurant;
– Schedule, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of the restaurant staff;
– Establish methods to meet work schedules;
– Resolve customer complaints as well as conflicts among staff and ensure maximum customer satisfaction;
– Supervise staff duties which include delegation, scheduling, evaluating, interviewing, training and mentoring responsibilities;
– Train staff in job sanitation and safety procedures;
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Maintain an inventory of supplies;
– Ensure that all restaurant equipment and gadgets is in safe and working condition and take care of maintenance and repair of equipment;
– Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
– Maintain a safe and clean restaurant in compliance with the restaurant’s food safety regulations;
Job Requirements:
– 1 year or more of experience in food services industry is required;
– Good communication skills, positive attitude to work and people management skills;
– Ideal applicant must be available to work on any scheduled, rotational or call in shifts which includes weekends, nights and mornings;
– Able to work under pressure and time constraint in fast paced environment;
– Candidate must have completed food safety course
