Job Description

We are a contemporary Japanese Western fusion restaurant, combining traditional techniques with innovative presentation.

We are seeking a talented Head Sushi Chef to lead our sushi bar team. The successful candidate will bring creativity, precision, and leadership to elevate our sushi program.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all sushi bar operations, including prep, plating, and quality control
– Train and mentor sushi staff
– Collaborate with management on seasonal menu planning and specials
– Ensure freshness, proper handling, and presentation of all ingredients

Qualifications:
– Minimum 5 years of sushi experience, including supervisory or head chef roles
– Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine and fusion concepts
– Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
– Experience in a high-volume or fine dining environment preferred
