We are a Japanese Western fusion restaurant known for exceptional food and warm, professional service.
We are looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to oversee daily service operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
– Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff
– Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction
– Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth service flow
– Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Qualifications:
– Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
– Experience in Japanese or Western dining preferred
– Strong leadership and communication skills
