> Previous experience as a full-time room attendant or inspector at a high-end property is ideal.
> Leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and guide a team.

> Strong organizational and time management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Identify and report maintenance issues, property damage, or missing items, ensuring timely resolution.
> Create and update inspection checklists and procedures to maintain consistency across properties.
> Ensure all guest amenities, supplies, and in-home technology are properly stocked and functional.
> Complete digital inspection checklists and document findings with photos when necessary.
> Collaborate with Property Services Supervisor, Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to resolve issues such as property issues.

Salary/Wage

Hourly rate in the range of $25/hr to start.
