Job Description
Seair Seaplanes is looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our friendly and collaborative team. This role supports the day-to-day execution of Seair’s sales and marketing initiatives and plays an important part in promoting our services across British Columbia’s coastal communities.
Working closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager, you’ll assist with marketing content, digital campaigns, tourism partnerships, and community initiatives. You’ll also help support trade activity, partner relationships, and special projects as they arise. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in tourism marketing while gaining hands-on experience with a well-known BC brand.
Location: Remote, with travel to Seair terminals and events as required
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Digital Support
– Assist with the execution of digital marketing activities, including social media scheduling, e-newsletters (Mailchimp), and basic website updates
– Support the creation and organization of visual assets and written content for marketing campaigns
– Monitor and respond to online reviews on platforms such as Google and TripAdvisor, maintaining a friendly and professional brand voice
– Track basic performance metrics such roas, engagement and audience growth
Partnerships & Tourism Sales Support
– Support relationships with hotel concierges, tourism partners, and travel trade contacts
– Help distribute marketing materials and ensure partners have up-to-date route, schedule, and product information
– Assist with tracking preferred partner rates and bookings
– Help coordinate familiarization trips and hosted visits for tourism partners and content creators
Sales & Trade Support
– Assist with preparation for trade shows, sales calls, and tourism events
– Help organize booth materials, signage, giveaways, and logistics
– Support follow-up activities and lead tracking after events
Community, Sustainability & Sponsorship Coordination
– Coordinate incoming donation and sponsorship requests and assist with fulfillment
– Maintain records of community support initiatives and sponsorships
– Assist with sustainability-related initiatives and the preparation of award or recognition submissions
General Support
– Provide administrative and project support to the Sales & Marketing Manager
– Help troubleshoot day-to-day marketing or partner questions as needed
– Support special projects and seasonal campaigns as they arise
Qualifications
– 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, tourism, or a related field
– Post-secondary education in Marketing, Tourism, Communications, or Business is an asset
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Comfortable working with social media platforms, Mailchimp, and WordPress
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Experience with Canva or basic graphic design tools is an asset
– Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally
