Summing it up
The Groundskeeper is a key member of the Maintenance Team and plays an essential role in supporting the overall guest experience. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of all outdoor areas, landscaped spaces, and related property features.

What you’ll be doing
Grounds & Property Maintenance
Maintain lawns, gardens, trees, hedges, and landscaped areas, including mowing, trimming, watering, and seasonal care.
Keep walkways, pathways, outdoor common areas, and the underground parkade clean, tidy, and safe.
Operate and care for groundskeeping tools and equipment.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and report outdoor maintenance concerns.

Operational & Guest Support
Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Deliver and connect BBQ propane tanks to rental units.
Track work completed, including time, materials, and supplies used.
Communicate supply or equipment needs to the Maintenance Manager.

Safety & Compliance
Follow all health and safety procedures, equipment guidelines, and property standards.
Report hazards, incidents, or injuries promptly.
Adhere to company policies, including the Vehicle/Vessel Usage Policy.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Who you are

Valid driver’s licence.
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivation with the ability to work independently and meet property standards.
Attention to detail and commitment to environmentally sound practices.
Flexibility to work varied shifts based on operational needs.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (bending, crouching, climbing stairs, extended standing/walking).
