Helen is a senior HR leader by profession (over 20 years) and a people and culture champion. Helen’s philosophy is one of “employee-centered, technology-enabled” programs and practices for organizational and leadership effectiveness and success. Before entering the field of HR, Helen spent the first decade of her career in brand management and communications. This ingrained a strategic discipline in the way Helen works, prioritizing high-impact initiatives and measurable results, while ensuring an alignment of programs and practices with an organization’s values, mission and vision. Over the years, Helen, a mental health advocate, has been very involved with go2HR’s programs and has served as the CWSAA’s People and Culture Committee Chair since 2019.
