Suman is currently the Vice President of People Operations at Earls Restaurants, where she oversees HR, talent acquisition, training and development, EDI and office administration from the head offices in Vancouver.  She started her career in tourism and hospitality 12 years ago and is a strong champion of the industry and progressive practices.
