This 1-hr participatory workshop introduces concrete communication tactics that leaders can start practicing right away.

Date: November 22nd 2022 at 10:00am till 11:00am

Participants will discover how emotionally challenging conversations can be addressed both professionally and empathically, using active listening and non-violent communication (NVC) frameworks. For some, these methods of relating to people will feel new and unusual, so participants will be given the opportunity to workshop these techniques in a safely controlled environment.
