Position Summary:

The Reservation Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing daily operations within the Reservations Department. This position involves supervising a team of reservation agents, ensuring high levels of customer service, supporting sales goals, and maintaining accurate booking records. The Supervisor is also responsible for resolving escalated issues, implementing procedures, and working closely with the Reservations Manager to improve workflow and performance.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

– Support the management of daily reservation and operational activities
– Assist in developing, implementing, and enforcing company policies and procedures
– Train team members and regularly assess staff performance
– Contribute to operational planning and the coordination of tour services
– Provide day-to-day supervision of staff, offering guidance and constructive feedback
– Assist staff in resolving issues and effectively troubleshoot operational challenges
– Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
– Coordinate bookings for both in-house and third-party tours via in-person, phone, and email communication
– Share accurate and helpful local and tour-related information through all communication channels
– Maintain regular communication with the operations team, guides, and other internal departments as needed
– Collaborate and negotiate with third-party tour operators and suppliers when required
– Coordinate and customize itineraries for individuals, groups, and multi-day tours
– Foster and maintain long-term client relationships
– Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

Salary/Wage

22.00 - $26.00 per hour
