Job Description
We, Patsara Thai Restaurant, are located in New Westminster, BC (near Columbia Skytrain Station). We are hiring an experienced Thai Food Chef with a FoodSafe certificate and Server. Responsibilities & Qualifications
• Prepare and cook a variety of Thai dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Oversee food handling procedures to maintain safety and hygiene compliance
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness
• Ensure all food served meets presentation standards and customer expectations
• Train new staff on cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service expectations
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences
• Monitor food costs and manage waste to optimize profitability
• Serve as a role model for professionalism, teamwork, and hospitality within the kitchen
