Cariboo Chilcotin Coast Regional Labour Market Study

The Cariboo Chilcotin Coast region is susceptible to recruitment challenges as a result of its rural environment and lack of a major population centre.  By 2020, it is anticipated that the region will have 3,352 job openings, with a labour shortage of 473. The food & beverage, transportation and recreation & entertainment sectors will be the hardest hit.
