Maria supports go2HR with content creation, focusing on digital channels to engage and inform audiences. She has an academic background in communications, sustainability, and hospitality, with her most recent accomplishment being a post-degree diploma in Hospitality Marketing from Douglas College.

With broad experience in media and corporate communications in her home country of Colombia, Maria has established herself as a corporate journalist, dedicated to storytelling that highlights an organization’s identity. Since moving to Canada and gaining experience in the operational side of hospitality, she now thrives in sharing the insights and resources she wishes she had known earlier in her career through go2HR’s offerings.
