Job Description

Hourly Wage: $36.60- $37.60 (Depends on qualification and work experience)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week

Responsibilities & Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the daily operations of Zab Bite to ensure efficient service delivery and a high-quality dining experience.
Develop and implement operational procedures, including service standards and workflow processes, based on the type of services offered by the restaurant.
Recruit, interview, and hire staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Oversee staff training, including onboarding, food handling procedures, customer service standards, and company policies.
Create and manage staff schedules, monitor employee performance, and provide coaching or corrective action when necessary.
Control inventory by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and ensuring proper handling and storage of food and supplies.
Track daily and weekly revenues, analyze sales data, and adjust menu prices or operational procedures to improve profitability.
Address and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with health, food safety, and sanitation regulations, conducting regular inspections and enforcing standards.
Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and other operational supplies, maintaining cost-effective purchasing relationships.
Coordinate and negotiate arrangements with clients for catering services, special events, banquets, and facility rentals.
Qualification:
• Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required.
• 2+ years of experience in the food service sector, including supervisory experience, are required.
• Ability to work in a team and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented, energetic, and customer focused
• Working knowledge of English is required
