Beata Chami (she/her) is a Psychological Health and Safety Consultant at go2HR. She supports BC’s tourism and hospitality employers in building psychologically healthy and safe workplaces through consulting, training, and leadership development.

Beata brings extensive experience in organizational wellness and risk reduction, helping teams strengthen communication, manage psychosocial hazards, and create cultures where employees can thrive. Her evidence based approach combines practical tools with empathy and industry insight to support safer and stronger workplaces across BC.
