Bullying & Harassment Safety Talk Series – Navigating Negative Interactions

Overview

The Navigating Negative Interactions Safety Talk is part of our Bullying & Harassment Safety Talk series, aiming to offer workplaces a platform for open discussion and collaboration on fostering a safe and respectful environment. According to WorkSafeBC, a worker is bullied and harassed when someone takes an action that they knew or reasonably ought to have known would cause that worker to be humiliated or intimidated.

Although our goal is to cultivate workplaces free of bullying and harassment, it’s important to recognize that interactions among individuals can still harbor potential for negative encounters. This talk offers advice to foster positive communication among all parties, including managers, workers, customers, guests, and clients.
