Job Description

As an Administrative Assistant in the Charter Sales department you will be the first point of contact for rental and charter clients from around the world. This role is primarily responsible for completing bookings, quotes and required administrative processes throughout the sales cycle. This role works closely with both our dispatch and operations departments and is an integral part of the Wilson’s team.
