What You’ll Do
We are seeking a dedicated and curious Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at a luxury,
remote lodge.. This role is ideal for a chef passionate about seasonally driven cuisine, hyper-local sourcing, and refined fine-dining execution, inspired by the land, sea, and cultural heritage of the region. This is a seasonal, onsite position that runs from May 1st to October 1st. Onsite staff accommodation provided.

Seasonal, hyper-local ingredients sourced from the surrounding coastline, forests, and waters

Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of your own station, from preparation through service
Execute fine-dining service with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
Work closely with the leadership team to uphold high culinary and hospitality standards
Support and guide junior team members through calm, professional leadership
Participate in menu development influenced by seasonal availability, foraging, and regional sourcing.
What You Bring
Qualifications
Experience with high-volume restaurants and/ or event catering.
Deeply passionate about hospitality and refined cuisine
Curious, humble, and eager to continue learning
Comfortable living and working in a very remote location
Strong team player with a thoughtful, respectful approach to ingredients and culture
Committed to completing the full season
Preferred Skills
Fine-dining experience preferred
Familiarity with dietary restrictions and accommodating guest needs.
OFA 3 / Advanced First Aid certification is an asset.
Physical Requirements
Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced kitchen environment.
Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds
What We Offer
Hourly wage: $22–$25, depending on experience
Staff accommodation provided
Staff cafeteria and meals provided
End-of-season bonus for chefs who complete the full season
