Responsibilities & Qualifications

Assist customers in an informative and thoughtful way with consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service
Have a thorough understanding of all our products and services
Accurately enter reservation requests using a leading-edge booking system
Respond to customer inquiries and requests in an appropriate and timely manner
Follow department policies, procedures and customer service standards
Keep informed and up-to-date with seasonal, procedural and system changes
Liaise with colleagues and transportation partners as required
Work well with the Ridebooker team as a whole, including actively contributing at team meetings, adapting to workflow change, and maintaining some flexibility with scheduling
Happily assist with other duties and projects as assigned

The Perfect Candidate

You are:
A natural communicator and good listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Team Player with a positive attitude
Motivated, Self-driven and able to work well independently with minimal supervision
Extremely attentive to detail and accuracy (always!)
Patient, able to remain calm under pressure and think on your feet
A diligent problem-solver with a sense of urgency and excellent prioritization and time-management skills
Administratively strong, with the ability to stay organized while multi-tasking
Committed to continual learning with a keen sense of curiosity. Willing to ask questions and request assistance as needed to move forward with tasks through to completion
Consistent, adaptable and able to take initiative
Computer-savvy, with the ability to learn new programs and platforms
Able to deliver excellent customer service with enthusiasm!

Assets:
Geographical knowledge of BC, Canada and the U.S.
Experience in the travel or transportation industry

Salary/Wage

22.00/hour

Other Perks/Benefits

Full-time remote role that does not require you to live in Whistler. Daytime shifts with some flexibility. Computer set up and software can be provided. Extended health benefits and training allowances available after completion of 3 month probationary period. Starting at $22.00/hour
