Calling all local Driver-Guides!

Location: Vancouver (in-person)
Employment Type: Part-time/Full-time
Term: Seasonal (short-term contract)
Compensation: $23-31/hour
Reporting to: Operations Manager & Fleet Supervisor

Already working this season but have gaps in your calendar? For a limited time, Discover Canada Tours (DCT) is opening up per-diem Driver Guide shifts to help you make the most of the busy summer season. Maintain your flexibility while picking up extra work with a well-established local operator.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

This Role is Ideal If You

Are an experienced Driver Guide in the travel industry
Already hold a valid, unrestricted Class 2 or Class 4 licence (required)
Are available June through the end of August
Are safety-focused, reliable, and calm under pressure
Enjoy engaging with guests and representing Canada with pride

What You’ll Be Doing

Driving and guiding day tours and/or multi-day tours
Delivering memorable, high-quality guest experiences
24/7 Operational support and well planned itineraries
Representing a well-established, locally owned tour company during a landmark summer season

Payment Structure

As an experienced Driver Guide, your pay range will be $26-33/hour (most tours are based on a set tour rate).

Only suitable candidates will be contacted.
All potential hires must be able to get to departure points on their own.
One of our major departure points is Canada Place in downtown Vancouver.
