Job Description

• If hired as a housekeeper, you will be cleaning cabins and glampers to the Crystal Cove Beach Resort standard.
• Self-motivated, ability to multitask, strong work ethic, team player, capable of lifting 50lbs, efficient and organized. Eye for detail.

• If hired as a barista at Bean at the Cove, we represent the Starbucks brand. You’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly crafted products.
You’ll be in an energetic coffee bar/resort reception environment and meet new people every day, and also greet the many locals that come through our doors.
• You understand how to create a great customer service experience.
• Have a focus on quality and take pride in your work.
• Are open to learning new things (especially the latest beverage recipe!)
• Are comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety.
• Can keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment. Can maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• You have excellent communication skills.
• You are a team player, flexible, and can work with all different personalities!

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• You must be able to start sometime between September 2-7, 2025.
• You Get Along Well with Others and Have a Sense of Humor
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays and 5 days a week. Experience is not necessary, as we will train you.
• Must be able to work until April 30, 2026 (or if we like you and you like us, we very well could have a deal through the summer as well!)
• Please let us know if you have allergies to dogs. We do have a couple of office dogs that are here to make us smile.
