Start date: April 8, 2026

What You Will Be Doing
• Daily Groundskeeping & Landscaping.
• Facility Maintenance (painting, drywalling, repairs in guestrooms and other hostel areas).
• Performing regular preventative maintenance in line with our maintenance schedules.
• Troubleshooting and resolving plumbing issues.
• Maintaining and troubleshooting sewage pumps. Experience is an asset, but training is provided.
• Maintaining and tuning up our rental bike fleet.
• Support with housekeeping during busy days and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What We Are Looking For
• Previous hands-on maintenance or renovation experience (think: the wide range of skills involved in flipping a house).
• Confident and safe operation of power tools and equipment.
• Solid basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
• Great attention to detail with a practical, can-do approach to tasks.
• Good mechanical aptitude and comfort troubleshooting a variety of issues.
