We are presently searching for a part-time Guest Service Agent to join our team of hospitality professionals.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Responsibilities of a Guest Service Agent include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Welcome guests during check ins, allocate rooms and cater to guest preferences
· Answering phones from prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them
· Responding to requests for help and information about local amenities and attractions
· Preparing room bills and ensuring prompt check-outs
· Attend to guest complaints and provide appropriate service recovery
· Other duties as assigned

· Must have the ability to communicate in English
· Must have excellent communication and guest service skills
· Team player and a self-starter, able to work independently
· Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
· Must be available to work a flexible schedule which may include nights, weekends and holiday
· Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
