What You’ll Do
- Lead and inspire our Guest Services team
- Oversee daily front desk operations
- Deliver seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out
- Collaborate across departments to keep service standards high
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
Responsibilities & Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in hotel front office or guest services leadership
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Experience with PMS systems (asset)
- Flexible to work weekends & holidays
Salary/Wage
$59,000 - $65,000
