What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire our Guest Services team
  • Oversee daily front desk operations
  • Deliver seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out
  • Collaborate across departments to keep service standards high
  • Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care

Responsibilities & Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years in hotel front office or guest services leadership
  • Strong communication & problem-solving skills
  • Experience with PMS systems (asset)
  • Flexible to work weekends & holidays

Salary/Wage

$59,000 - $65,000
