Prestige Beach House in Kelowna, BC currently has an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Guest Services Supervisor.
Reporting to the General Manager, the Guest Service Supervisor will provide shoulder-to-shoulder supervision of the guest services (front desk) team and ensure that all guests are treated in an outstanding manner.
As a candidate for this position, you must have previous front desk and supervisory experience, excellent communication and telephone skills, and a strong attention to detail. Must also have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, along with the ability to relate to the public in a friendly and professional manner.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Qualifications:
– Must have supervisory and hotel front desk experience
– Positive attitude and good communication skills
– Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service and a focus on building customer loyalty
– A strong attention to detail
– The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– The ability to relate to the public in a friendly and professional manner
– Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
– Efficient in all Microsoft Office applications and in Property Management Systems
– Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
– Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Compensation:
– Competitive hourly wage based on experience ($22 – $23 per hour)
