We are seeking a passionate and energetic Junior Sous Chef who is ready to take the next step in their culinary career. This role is predominantly focused on overseeing and leading the production kitchen, while also providing service support when required. You will play a key role in maintaining standards, developing junior team members, and supporting the culinary leadership team in daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily production kitchen operations

Ensure all prep lists, production schedules, and par levels are accurate and up to date

Provide clear direction, coaching, and mentorship to junior kitchen team members

Assign and manage staff breaks in accordance with operational needs

Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation

Support service periods as needed to ensure smooth execution

Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards

Communicate effectively with culinary leadership to ensure operational alignment

A motivated cook ready to step into a leadership role

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example

Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous learning

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
