Job Description
Big Way Hot Pot is excited to announce the opening of our new location in North Vancouver! We are looking for hardworking and reliable Back of House (BOH) Team Members to join our kitchen team.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Responsibilities:
– Prepare enough dried goods, meat, frozen items, mushrooms and vegetables for next shift;
– Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety regulations;
– Refill source bar, clean sauce bar surfaces and change sauce containers;
– Assisting with the monitoring of inventory.
– Assisting with the unloading of deliveries.
– Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the manager.
– Completing other tasks assigned by the supervisor
– Can work at night shift (Day shift starts at 10:00 am & Night shift ends at 0:30/2:00 am)
